500grm x Turkey Mince
1 x Large Egg
3 x Brussel Sprouts
1 x Carrot
¼ Cup x Cranberries
Parsley & Cranberries to decorate
In a large bowl mix together turkey mince, beaten egg, shredded brussel sprouts, grated carrot and sliced cranberries. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and transfer mixture into it.
Bake in 180° oven for 30 – 40 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with parsley and cranberries
