500grm x Minced Lamb

Line baking tray with baking paper.
Place mince and egg into a bowl and mix well together.
Use a small melon ball scoop to scoop the mince into
small balls and place onto the baking tray.
(You can wipe the scoop lightly with olive
oil to prevent the mixture sticking.
The balls should be smaller than a marble)
Bake at 180° for 20-30 minutes.
The longer you cook the crunchier they become.
Beef can be used instead of lamb.
