Fish Stew

80grms     x     Salmon (raw)
150grms   x     White Fish (raw)
200rms     x     Sweet Potato
1 tbs         x     Coconut Oil
Peel and cube the sweet potato. Boil or steam until tender. Drain the water and set aside.
Place the salmon and white fish on a lined baking and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200° until cooked through.
Remove any bones from the fish.
Place the fish and sweet potato in a large mixing bowl and mash to combine.
