Banana Biscuits

¾ cup x Almond Flour
¾ cup x Coconut Flour
3 x Ripe Bananas, mashed.
⅓ cup x Peanut Butter*
3 tbs x Chia Seeds

Preheat oven to 165°

In a small bowl, stir together the almond and coconut flours. In a medium bowl, stir together mashed bananas and peanut butter until smooth. Add half of the flour and seeds stir to combine. Add remaining flour and mix into a dough.

Cover and chill dough for 20 minutes.

On a well-floured surface roll out dough then cut out shapes with a cookie cutter Re-roll scraps as needed. Arrange shapes on a tray lined with baking paper. Using a fork, poke 4 holes in the centre of each treat

Bake treats for about 25 minutes or until dried and bottoms are golden. Turn off oven and allow treats to cool inside oven for 1 hour. Transfer treats to a wire rack and cool completely before storing.

*Ensure that the peanut butter does not contain xylitol
