2½ Cups x Almond Flour
½ Cup x Rolled Oats
¾ Cup x Fozen Cranberries
1 x Large Egg
¼ Cup x Honey
¼ Cup x Melted Coconut Oil
Preheat oven to 180° and defrost cranberries.
In a large bowl mix together flour and rolled oats then add the lightly beaten egg, honey and melted coconut oil and mix until combined. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface then cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are turning gold around edges.
