1kg x Lamb Mince
1 x Lamb Liver (small)
1 x Carrot
1 x Zucchini
1 x Pumpkin
Grate carrot, zucchini and a piece of pumpkin.
Cut half the liver into small chunks. Cook mince
and liver in a frying pan add vegetables and cook through.
When cool divide into portions and place in snap lock bags, freeze until needed
