1/2 x Cup Cool Unsalted Unseasoned Stock
3 x Tbsp Quality Powdered Gelatin
1/2 x Cup of Cooked Pureed Pumpkin
Measure the stock into a small pan
then sprinkle the surface with
gelatin powder. Let sit for
approximately five minutes or
longer for the gelatin powder to bloom.
Once the gelatin has bloomed, gently stir
the mixture over a low heat until the gelatin
is completely dissolved then remove from heat.
Place pureed pumpkin in a bowl and stir in gelatin
to thoroughly combine.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds then chill to set.
